A full gym is required for this program. This program is designed to train the full body by incorporating high intensity interval training/cardio, learning different methods of cardio. Before and after pictures will be submitted at the end of 2 weeks and 4 weeks. The program is set up for 5 training days and 2 rest day, every week.
4 Weekly workouts, 2 Customized meal plans, Videos of each exercise, Grocery list, Meal prep guide, Nutrition tips, Preferred supplement list and the purpose of each, Instructional videos, Facebook support group, and a list of supplements that can be beneficial and the purpose for each.
