My Build A Booty Program is designed to train right at home. The program was created for those that are looking to add size and tone their glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves. These exercises are incorporated when I cant make it to the gym and when I want to have a morning of fasted training once I wake up. Also please keep in mind, as with any training program, nutrition is key to seeing best results. After purchasing, you will receive a receipt to the email you enter in at checkout. You will then receive your plan within 24-48 hours via email as .pdf files view-able on computer or phone and video download view-able on computer, phone, or using video player application.
