My Lower Body Training fitness plan has been revamped! With new workouts and different training routines; incorporating drop sets, supersets and high intensity days. This fitness plan was designed to train right at home. It was created for those that are looking to add size and tone their glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves. The only thing you will need for this program is 2 sets(one for upper body and lower body) of dumbbells.
