You probably already know that a well-planned diet is one important element of being healthy. Although most of us know that the foods we choose to eat have a major impact on our health, we aren’t always certain about what choices to make. Proper nutrition plays a more significant role than exercise does regarding the results.

As a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, I’ll be helping with the basics of nutrition, how to read labels, how to portion your meals and overall about healthy eating habits. This will be a 7 days meal plan is to help those that don’t want to deal with the hassle of trying to figure out what to eat. Also, this can be used for more than 7 days. Your meal plan will customized according to your goals. Your current height/weight, food choices(likes and dislikes), and allergies will play a factor so a questionnaire will be sent to you to better customize your meal plan.

The customized meal plan will be sent with a grocery list that can be helpful when grocery shopping, nutrition tips, understanding nutrition labels, and a meal prepping guide.
