This program is designed to train your full body right home. All you will need is 2 sets of dumbbells, exercise ball, jump rope, and mat. You will be incorporating high intensity interval training/cardio with weight lifting while targeting every muscle group. The program is set up for 5 training days and 2 rest day, every week.

    Easy to follow workouts with good demo videos. They are progressive week on week. I already feel stronger and more toned after one month! Of course what one eats also matters..thank you for the meal plan guide.

    When I first begin with Fancy I was establishing a diet that wouldn’t fuel my Crohn’s disease. As I was hesitant to stray away from the fruits and vegetables I had taken a leap of faith. I purchased a meal plan from fancy, which turned out to be a great leap of faith. The exercises were great for a beginner who in my case was also trying to reverse osteopenia. I repeated the program increasing weights and became stronger each week. I have moved on to the Home Training Program 2.0. I am so grateful for gracefully finding Fancy and most of the programs she have. I am stronger, I am faster, I have more endurance than I ever thought I would, I have muscle gain that I still can’t believe.
